APEX Overseas Consultants was established in 1984 by Mr. Yograj Chauhan — a vision rooted in the belief that India's skilled workforce could power the Gulf's ambition. From a small office in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, with a government licence in hand, he set about doing what no technology could replace: sitting across from a family sending their son abroad for the first time, and making sure he landed in safe, skilled hands.

In those early years every placement was personal. Every departure was a moment of trust placed in APEX. We earned it by being meticulous — running our own trade tests, co-ordinating medicals, preparing documentation ourselves, and staying in contact with employers long after a worker arrived on site. Word spread. Clients in Dammam called clients in Dubai. The network grew not through advertising but through performance.

By the 1990s APEX had earned recognition from the embassies and consulates of every major manpower-importing country in the Gulf. We opened branch offices across India — New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Bengaluru — and cultivated international associate networks in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Each new relationship was built on the same principle that defined our first: accountability at every step.

Today, under the leadership of Mr. Yograj Chauhan as Founder & Group Chairman, Mr. Shashi Raj Chauhan as Chairman, and Mr. Vijay Chauhan as Managing Director, APEX holds a placement capacity exceeding 1,000 candidates per month across more than 20 industries. We remain ISO 9001 certified, Ministry of Labour approved, and registered under Regd. No. B-03625/MUM/PER/1000+/05/3721/1989. The licence numbers have grown longer. The promise has not changed.
